J. Randall Waterfield, CFA
Mr. Randall Waterfield, CFA is the co-founder, co-chairman and co-chief executive officer of Affinity Financial Corporation. Prior to AFC, Mr. Waterfield was at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he worked as an institutional asset manager responsible for small capitalization growth portfolios totaling $1.0 billion. He also serves as a principal of Waterfield Enterprises, LLC, and Fife Waterfield, LLC, both investment companies focusing on private equity and venture capital investments. Mr. Waterfield supports various educational and environmental charities through his involvement in The Waterfield Foundation. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and graduated from Harvard University. Mr. Waterfield is also the finance chair and a member of the executive committee of the New York City Young Presidents' Organization, New York, New York.

Prior to the founding of Waterfield Enterprises, Affinity Financial Corporation, and Fife Waterfield & Co., Mr. Waterfield was an Institutional Equity Advisor at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York covering AllianceBernstein L.P., Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., and American Express Financial Advisors among others. Mr. Waterfield supports various educational and environmental charities through his involvement in The Waterfield Foundation. Mr. Waterfield was trained in bank stock analysis at Prudential Securities under George M. Salem, and is a graduate of Columbia University.
